The Berkeley Staff Assembly's most popular program,
Excellence
in Management Awards, recognizes campus supervisors and managers for outstanding
performance in leadership, innovation and inspiration.
TOPS
Tandem treated its employees with a great deal of respect, including its
TOPS
("Tandem Outstanding PerformerS") award. Award winners, consider the top
5% of employees, (and a guest of their choosing) were treated
to an all-expense paid trip to locations such as New Orleans, Hawaii,
Vail, and similar resort areas for several days of fun and team-building.
